Once the root cause is discovered the Gestalt Life Coach can guide you through activities that will enable you to revisit, unpack, reframe and potentially rewrite past events to resolve the behaviors and attitudes.

This experience is not about erasing the past, but to be able to view it and interact with it in a new and safe way. Today is the day to choose a life that can be lived with ease and grace. Healing begins at the root.
